Service Description
A comprehensive program designed exclusively for your bio-individuality and your personal health needs. Your specifically designed program, usually 3-6 months, includes tools designed to improve your health through better habits: food, exercise, life choices and spirituality. To start, answer the confidential questionnaire to the best of your abilities. The more you share, the better we can design your program. Once the questionnaire is received, your initial 45 minute consultation is scheduled at no charge. Meetings can be done online or in person at our office.
Cancellation Policy
**For all appointments: Clients must be ON TIME - All sessions are ONLINE! I am in Portugal. Your appointment is in the AM on your scheduled date. If your time in this email says anything different than what was discussed, PLEASE REMEMBER that I am in Portugal. That means that I am: 5 hours ahead of Eastern Time 6 hours ahead of Central Time 7 hours ahead of Mountain Time 8 hours ahead of Pacific time Your appointment will ALWAYS BE IN YOUR MORNING HOURS! NO APPOINTMENTS WILL BE SET AFTER 1 PM MST/MDT! NO SAME DAY or NEXT DAY BOOKINGS PLEASE! If your appointment is not on my calendar 48 hours before your session, I may not see it.
